I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were so spacious with plenty of space to put your luggage, a modern bathroom, and a table and chairs to relax. It was very quiet, clean, comfortable, and spacious. The service was wonderful; the staff was friendly, provided lots of information on local attractions, and was so helpful. The location couldn't have been better to explore Florence with its central position between major cultural sights, restaurants, and shopping spots. The dining options were not included but the nearby cafes offered tasty Italian breakfast. Overall, a great value for money.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, right between The Duomo and Piazza Della Signoria. The rooms were clean, and I enjoyed the view of the Main Street from my window. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to help with all my questions. The nearby cafe and gelateria were a big plus. The dining experience at the Cantinetta di Verranzano right next door was delightful, and the facilities were excellent.
